This privacy policy applies to The Odds Table app for mobile devices and web browsers, together with any related services operated by Mixalit, established in Poland (collectively, the "Application"). Mixalit, registered office: Aleja „Solidarności” 68/121, 00-024 Warszawa, Poland, is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider" and is the data controller for the processing described here.
The Application is a card-table trainer that plays for virtual gold only. There is no real-money gambling, no account and no sign-in. The Service Provider does not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos or payment card details.
Your gold balance, hints, hand history, statistics, achievements, language, felt colour, sound and haptics preferences, and your answer to the in-app privacy notice are kept in the Application's local storage on your device. They never leave the device except as part of an operating-system backup you control. Uninstalling the Application deletes them.
When you use the Application, the third-party services listed below may collect:

The Application uses the following services. Each collects data under its own privacy policy; the Service Provider receives only aggregated or pseudonymous reports from them.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in US states with privacy laws, the Application shows Google's consent form before the first ad request. You may decline personalised ads there and reopen the form at any time from Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy options. On iOS the system asks for tracking permission; declining it limits ads to non-personalised ones and withholds the advertising identifier from AppsFlyer. You may also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings, or remove ads entirely with the No ads purchase.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Because the Service Provider holds no account data, most of what can be acted on is held by the providers above; the Service Provider will help you direct a request to them. Contact game@mixalit.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, https://uodo.gov.pl).
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider does not sell personal information. The sharing of the advertising identifier with Google for personalised ads, and with AppsFlyer for install attribution, may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising; you can opt out through the consent form in Settings → Privacy → Ad privacy options, or by contacting game@mixalit.com.

You can stop further collection of information from your device by uninstalling the Application or ceasing to use the website. This does not automatically delete information already transmitted to third parties; to request deletion or exercise any of your rights, contact game@mixalit.com.
The Service Provider keeps no separate copies of personal data. Data held by the services above is retained for the periods they set:
The Application is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, or under the legal gambling age where that is higher. It is a casino-style game and is rated accordingly in the stores. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the Application, contact game@mixalit.com and the Service Provider will help remove any data held by the providers above.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data on your device stays there; data held by the services above is protected by their physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. A change that affects what is collected will be shown again in the Application's privacy notice on next launch. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are available on request at game@mixalit.com.
Where processing is based on consent, you provide it by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action — the in-app privacy notice and, where shown, Google's consent form. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
